CAN I CUSTOMISE A SEMI CUSTOM DESIGN?

Yes, of course! We are all about making our semi-custom designs unique to you. Send us an email with the design you like and how you would like to change it up. For example, we can change colours, some fonts and add in or take out extra cards. Depending on the request, there may be a design fee and or an extra print fee.

HOW LONG DOES PRINTING TAKE?

Once the design proof is approved, please allow 10-14 business days for printing plus shipping time. If you choose to do specialty printing such as foil or letterpress, this will be an additional 14 business days.

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY INVITATIONS?

We recommend getting in touch with us as soon as you have a date and start planning. You want to aim to send out your invitations 3-4 months before your wedding. If you are sending a save the date, you should aim to send these out 8-9 months before your wedding date, and even sooner if it is a destination wedding.

Make sure to begin the process with us around 7-8 weeks before you want to post out to your guests.

SHOULD I ORDER EXTRA INVITATIONS?

Absolutely! Ensure you always order 10-15 extra invitation sets. You may decide to invite more guests as you get closer to the date, and it is much cheaper to order these at the start, than to request more at a later stage. The unit cost per invitation set is cheaper when done in a larger print run, rather than only a few, so make sure you account for those extras at the start.

IS THERE A MINIMUM QTY ORDER ON INVITATIONS?

The minimum quantity to order is 50 invitations. If you require less, this can be accommodated, however the unit cost per invitation will increase.

WHAT PAPER STOCKS ARE AVAILABLE?

When you get in touch with us, let us know what your wedding colour scheme is, or what colours you have in mind. Based on this, we can recommend the best paper stocks and colours for you. Not sure? Not a worry. We can discuss with you about what you envision the style of your big day to be and from there make the best suggestions for you.

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER WEDDING DAY ITEMS?

For all on the day items such as welcome signs, seating charts, table numbers, wishing wells etc, please get in touch with us 6-8 weeks before your wedding day. Booking us in as soon as you can is ideal, so we can lock you in and make sure your date is secure.

IF I CHANGE MY MIND DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?

Once you accept our quote, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit to begin the design. Once the design is approved, we require the balance to be paid before progressing to the printing / fabrication stage. Unfortunately if you simply change your mind and no longer want to go ahead, we cannot offer a refund once the design process has begun, or your order has begun printing.
